For our first Project-based learning this year, we are tasked to create a genderless piece of clothing for the genderless movement in fashion is now uprising. As aspiring young fashion designers, we should keep in touch on what's in with the fashion world and what is trendy. Genderless is one factor that makes fashion challenge its versatility. Me and my partner created a kimono piece for we are inspired with Harajuku fashion of Japan but what we did is that we incorporated it with a touch of couture. We also challenged ourselves to use skirts rather than trousers because we do think that it will be more unique and it will standout more than the others.
